Kate Moss Forms Band With The Kills' Jamie Hince

May 10, 2010
Kate Moss Forms Band With The Kills' Jamie HinceSupermodel Kate Moss has reportedly formed a band with her boyfriend, The Kills' singer Jamie Hince.

It's claimed that the pair have recorded a cover of a Velvet Underground alongside three other musicians and are gearing up to record more material.

A source said of the Hince/Moss collaboration: “They’ve already recorded their first track, a Velvet Underground cover.

“Kate has an amazing voice. This will change the way people think of her. She was born to be a rock 'n’ roll star.”

According to the Daily Star, the source continued: “Kate’s really supportive of Jamie’s new band, which is a five-piece. She’s been getting really involved, taking the session musicians out for dinner and giving her musical input.”

In 2007 Moss co-wrote three songs on Babyshambles' second album 'Shotter's Nation' including the single 'You Talk'.

She also contributed backing vocals to the Primal Scream version of 'Some Velvet Morning' in 2003.
