Hot Chip Confirm Themselves For Glastonbury Festival

January 20, 2010
Hot Chip Confirm Themselves For Glastonbury FestivalHot Chip have dropped a heavy hint that they're playing Glastonbury this June.

Alexis Taylor from the electro-pop outfit made the revelation when he was outlining his plans for the summer to Radio 1.

He said: "You'll potentially see us in the Somerset area of the UK around the end of June I'd imagine.

"I have been to that part of the world and enjoyed being there. Nice cider there, good music and good atmosphere."

Hot Chip release their excellent new album 'One Life Stand' on February 1.

The 40th anniversary of Glastonbury Festival takes place from June 23 – 27, 2010. All tickets are completely sold out.
