Ozzy Osbourne's Favourite Pet Dog Eaten By Wild Coyote

July 9, 2009
Ozzy Osbourne's Favourite Pet Dog Eaten By Wild CoyoteOzzy Osbourne's pet dog, Little Bit, has been killed and eaten by a wild coyote.

The Prince of Darkness' has described the pooch as the “other woman” in his life and is said to be “devastated” at the loss.

The tiny Pomeranian dog, a breed favoured by such air heads as Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie, was killed by the wild wolf in the grounds of the Osbournes' sprawling Los Angeles home.

The Telegraph reports that Ozzy and Sharon were watching television while the attack happened and didn't hear the dog's yelps.

The Department of Animal Services in Los Angeles had previously issued a warning to pet owners, saying: "Wild animals are opportunistic, and coyotes fit this mould very well."

The Osbournes have over a dozen pet dogs in their home, many of whom the couple have rescued from animal shelters.
