Pulp Tipped To Headline Glastonbury Festival 2011November 9, 2010
Pulp have been tipped to headline next year's Glastonbury festival following their recent reunion.
The group, who have reformed in their original line-up, have already announced two festival dates, including one in London. They are currently 10/1 to headline Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage next June. William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly said: “They have only been back together for a matter of days and Pulp have already signed up to headline the Wireless festival. “Following Blur’s fantastic headline set in 2009, Glastonbury could be calling for Jarvis and Co.” Prince, Coldplay and Radiohead are among the other acts who have been tipped as potential headliners next year. Pulp's gigs will mark the first time the band’s original line-up have played together since August 1996. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Pulp To Announce Own Gigs Alongside Festival Slots? (05.04.2011)
