Ian Brown To Begin Work On New Studio Album

Former Stone Roses’ frontman, Ian Brown, has revealed plans to work on sixth studio album.

With a summer full of festival appearances King Monkey might have trouble finding the time to write the album.

But the untitled record will hopefully be ready to be released by spring 2009.

Speaking to the Dail Star, he said: "I’m writing the next LP in between a load of festies until the end of August."

"It won't be out 'til probably spring."
