Happy Mondays' Bez Arrested At London Railway Station

Happy Mondays star Bez has been arrested at a London railway station over claims he violated a restraining order involving his former girlfriend.

Monica Ward has alleged that she was harassed by Bez after he was found guilty of attacking her in August.

Bez - real name Mark Berry - was arrested on Tuesday (November 23) by British Transport Police at Euston station in London, reports Sky News.

A spokesman said: "Mark Berry has been charged with breach of a restraining order and trespass on a railway.

"He has also been given a warning under the Harassment Act 1997."

Police were due to escort Bez back to Manchester, where he is due to appear in court this morning (November 24).
