Grinderman Announce New Album And UK Tour

Grinderman have announced plans to release a new studio album later this summer.

‘Grinderman 2’, due out on September 13, was recorded last year at studios across London.

It was co-produced by the band and Nick Launay, who also mixed the project.

Meanwhile the group, formed by Nick Cave, will embark on a European tour in September, starting with five UK dates.

Tickets go on sale on Friday (May 28) at 9am.

Grinderman’s UK tour dates are:

• Nottingham, Rock City - September 25
• Leeds, University - 27
• Glasgow, Barrowlands - 28
• Manchester, Academy - 29
• London, Hammersmith Apollo - October 1
