Ozzy Osbourne: 'I Was Told I Was HIV Positive'

October 6, 2009
Ozzy Osbourne: 'I Was Told I Was HIV Positive'Ozzy Osbourne has revealed that doctors once told him that he was HIV positive.

The rock legend said he was absolutely “devastated” by the news, but thankfully had another test which came back negative.

The 60-year-old told Glamour Magazine: "I went to the doctor and had an Aids test and he told me it was positive. That was one of the worst days of my life."

Explaining further, Ozzy said that his extremely debauched lifestyle had a direct effect on his immune system and effected the results.

He said: "When I used to fucking get loaded I would get myself into all kinds of situations.

"It turned out that because I was drinking and using drugs so much, my immune system had dropped so that it was a borderline result. When I went back to be tested again it was negative."
