George Michael Denies Kenny Goss SplitMarch 7, 2011
George Michael has rubbished reports that he and long-term partner Kenny Goss have separated.
On Monday (March 7), a report in The Sun said Goss had left the former Wham! star after 15 years because he could not handle his lifestyle. But Michael later denied the reports during an impromptu telephone call on Channel 5 programme, The Wright Stuff. “It is complete bullsh*t about myself and Kenny breaking up. Don't believe this story,” he said, adding that Goss had “never had a problem with my lifestyle”. On Twitter, Michael added that the newspaper was “lying through its teeth as usual”. The report coincided with Michael’s appearance on BBC Radio 2’s breakfast show with Chris Evans, during which he unveiled his Comic Relief single, a cover of New Order’s ‘True Faith’.
