Liam Gallagher: Beady Eye Live Will Blow People's Heads OffDecember 9, 2010
Liam Gallagher has revealed that fans should expect big things from Beady Eye's tour and he doesn't mind those Oasis comparisons.
The frontman spoke about new album 'Different Gear, Still Speeding', set for release February 28. "I'm not singing any different from what I did in Oasis. It's just rock'n'roll man, [like] The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, we haven't gone dubstep. It'll get compared to Oasis and I don't mind that," Liam Gallager told BBC 6 Music. He added: "Without a doubt the smaller gigs are where it's at. We're rehearsing at the moment and it's going to blow people's heads off." Meanwhile, Beady Eye are due to play six shows in three different cities next March. (by Holly Frith) See also: Liam Gallagher: Me And Noel Gallagher Are Over (20.04.2011)
