Limp Bizkit Star Has No Plans To Return To BandFebruary 6, 2009
Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has said he has no plans to reunite with the band.
Speculation that the band may reform heightened last year when frontman Fred Durst told fans “it is getting very close to time to drop the bizkit on the universe". However, in an interview with Mlive, Borland said he was more focussed on his current group, Black Light Burns. "I have no plans on working with Limp again. It's better for me for sure. I'm having a great time doing (Black Light Burns)." Limp Bizkit achieved huge commercial success in 2000 with the release of their third album 'Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavoured Water'. The record spawned the tracks 'My Generation' and 'Rollin''. In a message on the band's MySpace page last October, Durst said: “I say this with the absolute best intentions and motivation. "We, Limp Bizkit, are excited about the future for us and for you. LBF is the way. LBF is for life. Let's stir some shit up my friends.” (by Jason Gregory) See also: Lil' Wayne Records Rap For New Limp Bizkit Album (15.03.2011)
