Arctic Monkeys Announce Album Launch Show At Brixton AcademyAugust 18, 2009
Arctic Monkeys have announced details of a one-off fan show to mark the release of their new album 'Humbug'.
The Sheffield band will play London's Brixton Academy next Wednesday (August 26), two days after 'Humbug' hits the shelves. Tickets to the gig – their first full UK live date since 2007 – cost £27.50 and are limited to two per person. Fans on the band's mailing list have until midnight tomorrow to register for the tickets. Successful applicants will then be notified the following day whether they have won.
