50 Cent Being Sued By Former Girlfriend

50 Cent is facing legal proceedings from a former girlfriend who is alleging that the rapper is attempting to evict her and their 10-year-old son from their New York home.

Shaniqua Thomas filed court papers at Manhattan’s Supreme Court which claim that Fiddy – real name Curtis Jackson – is going back on his pledge to provide a home for herself and child Marquis.

Ms Tompkins’ lawyer Paul Catsandonis said: “This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing.

“Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son.”

Speaking of Ms Tompkins, Catsandonis continued: "This is somebody who was with him when he was shot in 2000 and who nursed him back to health."

The house is thought to be worth $2.4million.

50 Cent’s lawyer Bret Kimmel is yet to comment on he claims, reports the BBC.
